I had 3 crowns replaced by Rebecca at Dentistry @No 3. Very professional treatment from start to finish , no pain at all and always explained everything she was doing , I would highly recommend the practice and Rebecca if you are looking to have any dental treatment and a pain free experience! 10/10

I booked an emergency appointment, and I was seen that same day. The staff listened to my concerns, and allowed me to be upset/distressed when the procedure happened without making me feel silly.Within 30m, they had a rotten tooth out, and it was overall a good experience. They take time to make sure you aren't in pain, and so far, the healing process has been extremely smooth.Thank you to the team for such empathetic, talented work.
I had my quarterly hygienist appointment with Laura yesterday and she was fantastic. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate, with a calm and reassuring manner that immediately puts you at ease. She explained everything clearly and provided excellent care throughout. Laura is a real credit to the practice and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone. Five stars!

I had an amazing experience at Cherrybank Dental Spa.First, the office itself is very nice and has a warm cosy feel to it.Second, Rami the dentist, was very welcoming, professional and helpful. He and his assistant Olivia, quickly and efficiently gave me a full dental examination along with X-Rays and 3D imaging scans. After the 3D imaging was complete Rami was able to show me my teeth and where they needed to be cleaned, specifically for me.Rami went above and beyond during my examination, even doing a minor retainer repair and a quick cleaning and descaling around the retainer area where he was doing the repair.I would absolutely recommend anyone to go to Cherrybank dental and see Rami, he was thorough, helpful and very personable.All the staff were very friendly and the overall vibe of the place was amazing.

Went in for emergency appointment last week, got an appointment to have extraction today and just had it done. Pain free as promised, what a huge relief from a broken tooth with shooting nerve pain for months on end. Extraction was pain free and very quick and efficient. All staff are really nice and my dentist was also brilliant. I'm TERRIFIED of the dentist and they really did put me at ease. If your suffering with toothache, just bite the bullet and go here! It really is pain free and totally worth it! And not as scary as you think

I am very pleased with the implant bridge and veneer that were carefully custom designed for me after losing/breaking my front teeth following a facial injury. Specialist, Ali Colquhoun explained everything very clearly and the work was completed within a good timeframe. I am very grateful to have my full smile restored and not to have ended up with a denture. Highly recommended.

After having my complimentary consultation with Leigh, Smile Advisor (who is amazing and very knowledgeable) I booked in to see Dr Lee McMenamin with the hope of having a full set of dentures made. They totally understood my situation (post cancer I had to have all my teeth removed, to enable bone treatment). Lee talked me through every stage and answered my many questions. The whole process was calm and relaxed. I could write pages praising these amazing people and the care they took of me at every stage. The dentures are amazing, the fit is perfect. I look like me again and I can smile for the 1st time in over a year, as well as eat properly again. My confidence has returned. Lee is incredibly knowledgeable and has such a calming voice. Leigh was a fantastic support all the way through. I highly recommend Dentistry @ #3. They've changed me life and can't thank them enough.
From entering the door everyone is very polite, friendly, and good at there job, always feel so comfortable and at ease also pain free at the dentist they are professional and knowledgeable about what they do, makes going to the dentist so much easier

Thankfully I was very fortunate to be referred to Dentistry on the Clyde.There I met with my wonderful Smile Advisor, Chloe who explored my options with me.Subsequently I met with Dr Morven McCauley who specialises in implantology. Instinctively I felt a very reassuring confidence from Morven, I was very sure I was now in the presence of dentistry excellence. Certainly I was not mistaken and thanks to Morven and her team I now have a wonderful new ceramic upper arch fitted onto six implants.All the staff I met at the practice were brilliant, Smile advisor, Chloe, Dental Nurse, Yvonne, Hygienist, Thurga and all the reception staff.Of course, leading this great team is the very wonderful Dr Morven McCauley, whom in my humble opinion is simply the very best dentist I have ever met, I truly believe she is a real ‘Superstar’ in the world of dentistry. All my treatment was completely pain free and I looked forward to each visit.If you are looking for a top dental practice, please look no further. Jamie Kinnell gets five stars for the dental work I’ve received at Dentistry On The Square. I was self conscious about my smile for years and worried that I’d left it too late to do much about it. All the staff at the practice have been friendly, helpful and non-judgmental from day one, and Jamie has done a brilliant job of giving me the natural looking clean and healthy looking smile I’d always wanted. He put me at ease at every session and I never felt nervous about going. A shout out too to Jamie Kerr for the early appointments. All the staff are great and I can’t recommend them highly enough.
Had a tooth extraction performed by Julie and her nurse Leighann, was absolutely PAIN FREE don't know how they do it, I am honestly amazed great after care instructions too, 100% recommend, thanks ladies
I’ve had such a positive experience with the dental practice and staff. The reception team are so friendly, and always do their best to help (which is lovely if you’re already anxious about visiting the dentist). Jack has been great at helping me achieve a smile I love. From working to my quick timescale to general ease when in the chair, the results of my composite bonding have been amazing. Would absolutely recommend visiting the practice if you are in need!

I contacted North Bridge Dental and the receptionists were very empathic and understood the absolutely brutal way I had been treated at another Dentist in Hawick. I have had extreme phobia and terrified of the Dentist since a child. I had built up the courage and faith at dentists over the years. The Dentist I had contacted destroyed every bit of confidence I had. Was treated by a Dental Technician ( can’t be described as a Dentist in this country) Despite officially complaining got nowhere. After contacting Northbridge Dental Faye Dean was amazing and renewed my faith in Dentists. She removed 3 teeth at once and I was able to sit through the treatment, Faye constantly reassured me and was extremely empathic towards my extreme phobia. I am 66 and I can honestly say she has been the most gentle and pain free Dentist I have been to. I have been a client for 18 months I wouldn’t go anywhere else

I was very nervous before having my tooth removed, but it went much more smoothly than I had expected. Sofia explained every stage of the procedure as we went along and was very supportive, whilst Lisa was very attentive and friendly.The procedure was comfortable and painless, and the atmosphere in the clinic was welcoming and professional. I particularly appreciated the caring attitude towards the patient and the attention to detail. This was the second time I've been here to get a wisdom tooth removed, and they couldn't have made me feel more comfortable.Julie and Leighanne are amazing, professional and down to earth. Deborah Park completed my cosmetic dentistry after Chris Jordan left the practice.I did feel apprehensive, at first, as I had done a lot of research to find someone I could trust to deal with my problem teeth and was therefore anxious when he informed me he was leaving the practice half way through my treatment! The best dentist experience I've ever had. Niall was incredibly professional and the reception staff were lovely. I was also a big fan of the use of 3D and other imaging technology that allowed me to really understand what Niall was talking about when walking through my examination. Highly recommend!!
Lee was brilliant with my kids today, especially my son who gets a bit nervous. X-rays and cleaning were all done with ease. He was professional, friendly and great with the children, chatting and joking with them throughout, which really helped put them at ease. He also gave them excellent advice on brushing, flossing and looking after their teeth. Highly recommended.

I recently completed my invisalign journey with the amazing Dr Morven at Dentistry on the Clyde. The staff are amazing and made me feel so welcome and relaxed. I really was pain free. I’m delighted with my results.
Unfortunately due to my medication to help control my Multiple Sclerosis causing dry mouth, even using prescribed toothpaste and mouthwash I lost 9 of my top teeth.My own dentist recommended Gerry when we discussed implants.After contacting The Tooth Doctor I had my free consultation where we discussed my options and I was given a no obligation estimate for my treatment plan.On my 1st apt with Gerry, I was very relaxed about the full process, Gerry explained every detail of my treatment plan.After my bone graft and sinus lift all of which was done without sedation whilst listening to a playlist of my choice, I healed and then underwent my implant surgery. Once again healed and finally after a longer time than expected due to health issues with my MS, I finally got my implants fitted and they look amazing and I have regained my confidence to have a full smile and not have to worry about the issues that wearing a plate brings to your day to day living.Everyone has commented on how natural they look.Gerry and his team are amazing and make you feel so welcome and truly adhere to their moto of pain free dentistry.
I recently had laser treatment for peridontitis.At the time I was very anxious about the long term outcome for periodontitis and the treatment itself.However the staff at Links could not have been more reassuring and professional.Moon carried out the treatment and Im happy to say my condition is in remission.I would fully recommend .
Fantastic dentist recommended to me by my stepson, gary. Had to get an emergency appointment after gary knocked my two front teeth out during an unexpectedly frantic and violent game of air hockey. Due to my significant girth, the doctor administered a hefty dose of anesthetic. After my procedure I entered my car, which is a reconditioned ford cortina. The affects of the anesthetic was still lingering as I knocked over a refuse receptical, or bin, for the layman. Upon waking from a 9 hour slumber, my wife, Trisha, showed me the dash cam footage of my journey home. It was like the scene from Wolves in Walls Street. Mind that bit? Good film and I consider di caprio unlucky to miss out on the Oscar for it. The footage showed me careering into a parked Renault clio and I drove away without recognition of my error. I also found myself at the payment window of a mcdonalds drive through asking for two well fired rolls n egg. A good day had by all
Came down from Aberdeen yesterday. Got two fillings done yesterday/ 3D scan for teeth whitening. Jack Muirhead was absolutely brilliant, same with the rest of the staff. Will definitely be back in the future
A fantastic practiceI’ve had various treatments from Olivia, Thurga and Tony.The work has been a mixture of cosmetic (Invisalign and composite bonding and standard procedures.All work done to a fantastic standard, all of the the dentists listed above are extremely competent, friendly and positive.When I first attended the practice i was ashamed of my smile, now i am proud of it.
Earlier this week, I'd seen my GP, who gave antibiotics and advised I should see a dentist to assess further within a few days. I was very concerned and uncertain what was happening. I phoned Hamilton Dental Centre and their receptionist (whose name I have forgotten - I'm so sorry!) really set the tone. She was genuinely concerned, professional and kind. She spoke to one of their dentists and he agreed to see me a few hours later. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist when I arrived and I was taken in by dentist, Jack, and dental nurse Audrey, promptly. Jack was very thorough in the oral exam, did x-rays, then spent time to explain in detail what he was doing and why. Although my my issue is not dental-related (which is what I thought), I now have a much better understanding of what is potentially going on and a clearer view forward from here. I highly recommend Hamilton Dental Centre.
I’ve been ok with dentists and needles but there is something about getting work done that I get really anxious about. I had a filling on the NHS which chipped after 2 weeks. I saw Fraser for an appointment on the Monday who took the time to talk me through all my options and show me what was going on. 3 days later and I’m being seen (after I finished work for the day) by the excellent Natalie for a clean and to have it repaired (compared to the 2 months from identifying I needed the filling to having it done on the NHS). I was very nervous about the repair but she has a lovely calm demeanour which puts you at ease. She took her time, and it never felt like she was stressed or rushed, and she was happy to answer my questions after about taking care of her handiwork and how long the repair will last. She took her time with the anaesthetic and I felt far more numb (and so I was confident I was numb) than on the NHS. Even her assistant checked in if I was ok. The drill was also so much quieter than what I’d been used to on the NHS, and I didn’t realise how much that sound had put me on edge.I love the NHS so wasn’t sure about going private, but the whole experience felt so different. I usually come away from a filling feeling tense and ashamed. I realised I’d started to relax before Natalie had finished her work, and I left feeling that next time I need work done I don’t need to spend the afternoon worrying about it.

As an extremely nervous patient, I put off going to the dentist for many years.
