Project Co-ordinator
As Project Co-ordinator, you will plan and organise tasks, and resources to ensure you complete a project on time and within the specified budget. Key Responsibilities The role will include, but not be limited to the following:
- Responsible for the project management of all projects either at individual practice level or across our group.
- Plan & Manage New Practice Acquisition
- Liaising with the Group Business Manager on new practice acquisition projects ensuring all due diligence is checked and completed.
- Plan and delivery of full acquisition project plan & model.
- Liaise with Practice Seller and their teams.
- Manage the application process to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to provide patient finance and bacs system for practice direct debits.
- Instruct and manage internal/external resources as required.
- Ensure new contracts/suppliers/insurances are prepared in new company name
- Management and delivery to the Practice Manager and the individual teams all the company policies and processes on completion of new acquisition, through our standard acquisition training programs.
- Ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budgets set
Specific Skills/Experience
- Ideally at least 2 years experience in a leadership/project role where you have dealt with various levels of staff and can demonstrate that you can:
- Promote the Business culture and ethos
- A forward thinker and planner

- Willing to travel (UK/Ireland) – must hold a full UK driving licence.
