The successful candidate will:

As our Practice Ambassador, experience in working with the public in a customer facing role is essential, previous experience in a dental environment or dental nurse experience would be advantageous. You should possess an excellent telephone manner, exceptional communication and organisational skills and be experienced in Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities The role will include, but not be limited to the following:

• Responsible for the project management of all projects either at individual practice level or across our group.
• Plan & Manage New Practice Acquisition
• Liaising with the Group Business Manager on new practice acquisition projects ensuring all due diligence is checked and completed.
• Plan and delivery of full acquisition project plan & model.
• Liaise with Practice Seller and their teams.
• Manage the application process to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to provide patient finance and bacs system for practice direct debits.
• Instruct and manage internal/external resources as required.
• Ensure new contracts/suppliers/insurances are prepared in new company name
• Management and delivery to the Practice Manager and the individual teams all the company policies and processes on completion of new acquisition, through our standard acquisition training programs.
• Ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budgets set

Specific Skills/Experience

• Ideally at least 2 years experience in a leadership/project role where you have dealt with various levels of staff and can demonstrate that you can:
• Promote the Business culture and ethos
• A forward thinker and planner
• Attention to detail
• Willing to travel (UK/Ireland) – must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Be able to demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills
